Dallas Black Dance Theatre need to fire all the people that were involved in the firing and mistreatment of the dancers that were wrongfully terminated. This is beyond sad.
I love the mission behind this company, and everything they stand for. this is a beacon of light for the African American community. It is often hard for us to find dance spaces that will accept us wholeheartedly so i am grateful to have found this company.
"Just experienced Anthony Hamilton live at an R&B concert, and it was absolutely electrifying! His soulful voice filled the venue with pure magic, leaving the crowd wanting more. The energy, the vibes, everything was on point. If you get the chance to see him live, don't miss it!"
Their "Dancing Beyond Borders" presentation was awesome. It's an interesting experience watching a story being told without words. The accompanied music was moving. No photos were allowed during the show so I snapped the facility interior early.
