DO NOT COME HERE IF YOU DON'T WANT MORE DAMAGE TO YOUR COMPUTER!!!! I took my Lenovo Ideapad 5 here to repair the hinge on the computer and the person didn't even show up to take it, i had to leave my computer with an office assistant. An hour after I had left the technician texted me giving me the quote of 295 dollars. After some mild research I found that this isn't a very fair price for the work but I chalked it up to it being a hard repair. Three days later with out any communication other than brief phone calls he tells me its ready to be picked up at 7pm today-the 10th of January. However when I went to pick it up the technician was late and asked us to drive to a building in downtown Dallas to get it. When we arrived he led us to his office and showed me my computer and on first glance it looked exactly how I had given it to him but upon further inspection I found that the "new" hinges he put in were very loose, to the point of the screen falling, as well as damage in the paneling that was not repaired, in addition to that in the left corner of the screen, the screen was coming out of the casing of the computer. When I mentioned all of this he said he would just take off tax for me which is weird as that's not really a thing but thinking that was all i paid so i could have my computer back. But on the car rid home and upon arriving home more issues arose like phantom inputs on the touch screen and light cracking out of the side casing.

I was visiting family in Dallas when my Macbook Pro track pad and key pad suddenly stopped working on the Saturday morning after Christmas. I called and immediately received a response asking for my model number and to explain what problem I was experiencing. I said I was only in Dallas until Monday morning, as I was travelling back to Houston, then Canada. I was incredibly pleased to drop my laptop off for repair Saturday afternoon and learn it was ready Sunday afternoon! I received excellent customer service, communication and pricing. 10/10 I contacted him on Wednesday and received my MacBook Pro back on Thursday evening. My entire screen was black with lines through it and he repaired it quick and efficiently. Very professional and communicates well.

After over 3 years I finally have a functioning laptop again thank to Dallas fix tech. In less than 24 hours I went from connecting my laptop to a second screen to use it to having a true laptop back again. My laptop was in great hands and now it looks brand new again. I’m so happy and the pictures speak for the amazing work. I’m truly grateful that after 3 years I found a place to trust to fix my laptop screen.
