Justin is AWESOME! Very thorough, patient, knowledgeable, and kind. 10/10 customer service, even his other employee (the gentlemen with glasses and mustache) had great customer care. He was able to recommend best tools and touch ups for my Nikon FA that I recently bought.

I just spoke with the owner, Justin, on the phone. He spent a lot of time, and interest, in understanding my needs and offering advice. Justin patiently answered what I am sure were a few stupid questions, and he was straight forward. This sort of customer service is rare, any more, and greatly appreciated. I feel that I can trust this business.

Great and honest people. Took my Sony A6000 in for a repair and they were very upfront about the cost with no hidden fees. They even cleaned my camera up for me. Almost looks new. Got the repair done in the time frame they said they would. Highly recommend.

I went there with my cousin thought they fix cameras. But not. The reception and help we got there was very unique and great. Even they gave maintenance services, Benjamin asked our issue and fixed the problem,that was related to the camera adjustments easily and perfectly. Thank you so much.
