Took my phone to have a cracked screen replaced. Upon pickup my facial recognition no longer works, mind you it worked at drop off!! Informed staff of issue, they offered to put the old screen back on with an additional 20 minute wait. I did not have time to wait. Yes I paid full price to pick up a phone in worse condition than drop off. I would've kept the cracked screen had I known my facial recognition would no longer work! Customer service and good service is everything. They failed at both!!

Fast iphone repair in dallas. They do Samsung repairs as well. Will bring my apple macbook for repair next week. Amazing service and customer service
