We have been very happy with Dallas Sunrise Maids over the past two years. The cleaning crew is always friendly, on time, and accommodating if something comes up. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a house cleaning service.

The deep clean service completely ignored dusting the largest piece of furniture in the whole house, a display piece in the dining room. I’ve not had this problem in the past and it was 2 days before Thanksgiving so maybe the team was anxious to get home. Anyway, very disappointed this time. Follow up/update: they immediately called me and offered to come out again and make everything right at their cost. Everything was perfect this time as usual. I commend them for the quick followup and making things right, I’ll continue to use them.

Lendy and Karen have been cleaning our home every other week for a few months now and each time they do a fabulous job. They constantly pay so much attention to detail and use products that make the whole house smell amazing. Each time they come I am always impressed by how hard they work. They are timely and efficient and I always recommend them! Dallas Sunrise Maids does a great job with making booking easy and they have been understanding with some last minute changes I have had to do. I also believe that their pricing is very fair. We also have 4 animals and they do a great job cleaning up their hair!

Dallas Sunrise Maids did an absolutely outstanding job! A crew of two came out for a deep clean, and they went above and beyond in every room. They were professional, efficient, and paid attention to all the little details that make a huge difference. I came home to a space that was spotless, fresh, and genuinely sparkling clean. If you’re looking for a cleaning service that delivers top-tier results and treats your home with care, I highly recommend Dallas Sunrise Maids. Worth every penny!

I love using Dallas Sunrise Maids to keep my house clean! They’ve been doing our cleaning monthly for the last six months, and they’ve done a great job every time. The company is very communicative, flexible, and professional. They send reminders about your clean a few days in advance which I always appreciate. Ritzy and Marisol do a wonderful job cleaning (even on the months that the house is messier than usual due to the craziness of life!) A shower handle was accidentally broken during the clean and Ritzy immediately came to me and apologized. The company offered to send someone that day to see if it could be fixed. It needed to be replaced and Dallas Sunrise Maids covered the full cost to replace the shower handle - no questions asked! I would 10/10 recommend them as cleaners because of the quality of the clean and the professionalism of the company!
