I was satisfied overall with the cleaning from Merry Maids. My house looked and smelled fresh, and it stayed clean for a good amount of time, which I appreciated. Everything was tidy and well taken care of overall. The only areas that could use improvement were the finishing touches. The toilet tissue wasn’t refilled in all three bathrooms, and when I gave one of the cleaners a bag of tissue, it was placed on the floor instead of on the rack. In my kid’s bathroom, the light switches still had fingerprints, and my daughter’s bed wasn’t made as neatly as expected. These are small details, but they make a big difference in the overall presentation. That said, I was still happy with the service, and I’d recommend Merry Maids. With a little more attention to the finishing touches, it would be perfect.
