I spent most of the afternoon bimbleing around Leeds trying to find a bag, with nothing peeking my interest until I came across Damaged Society. And to say it is a small shop they have a remarkable amount of stuff to look though and all nicely organised. There bag selection was nice, I was struggling to choose between 5 bags so ended up with 2 one got put to uses straight away and the other is going to be my Christmas gift to me. I wish I had more time to have spent having a look around the clothing secret. But ow no it just means I'm going to have to go back there again that is such a shame ^ ,^ All in all a lovely shop.

In leeds today and came to the store as my daughter wanted to buy some band tshirt. First time going very nice store staff were friendly and helpful 🙂 fantastic selection of band merch and some horror film bits and bobs even some jewellery. Now as friendly and fantastic as it was I had 2 problems also not something that is the shops fault really one was that unfortunately they only go to 2XL am a 4xl I understand its the suppliers but just make me sad I can't get my size 😢. And the second thing was the patches now there were alot of them but there all in one big tub but unfortunately not alot bands compared to the website but did find some liked. But that said me and my daughter will be back and hay i never know might have some tshirt my size next time.

I went here and bought two amazing t-shirts to wear to gigs. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Shop had a great layout with band merch in alphabetical order, good pricing as well.

Decided to do a last minute shop in Leeds before going home. Me and my partner had spotted Damaged Society and went in on a quiet morning. There weren’t much to look at while browsing (probably down to the fact that the store was tiny) but for what was there, it was a great range in comparison to other “alternative” franchises you’d find in the UK. I noticed that 2 belts had a bit of tear on them (maybe customers have a habit of pulling and twisting them so not really the stores fault). There was also a section of the store that seemed gappy which I’m pretty sure 1 of the 2 staff hanging around the tills could have filled easily within the hour and 25 minutes that the store had already been open (there were another member of staff but she seemed really busy sorting paperwork at the back of the store). Aside from this, I am really happy with the purchase I had made and I am satisfied with the customer service I had received, the staff at the tills were extremely polite and had let me know I cannot return my purchase. I would happily make a return to this store in the future.

Was shopping here yesterday on a flying visit to Leeds from Ireland and I must say all the women working there were amazing!! Absolutely wonderful customer service. Would definitely make me want to shop more in-store than online. If I'm ever that way again, I will be back!!
