Visited today and had gait analysis for some new running shoes with Ellie (I think was her name) she was really helpful, knowledgeable and polite. Ellie got me lots of shoes to try and listened to my feedback to find the perfect shoe. Thanks so much and would highly recommend as lots of choice and different prices.

Part of Go Outdoors, decent selection and staff were friendly. They helped me find the right shoes and before me helped one women with loads of shoes on floor demonstrating they are helpful and receptive. Will always go to go outdoors and happy they now have Runners Need as an extra add in (as wasnt there when I last went some time ago)

I went in looking for Brooks trainers and found it hard to decide… the sales assistant was really patient and gave me a choice and explained the difference in support distribution and cushioning. It was really helpful when he suggested I also try them on the treadmill. A big mention to Rebecca who also served me…no pressure to buy just lots of helpful advice. She also sorted a re-gortex treatment in store which was brilliant. A big thank you to the brilliant Leeds team 🤩

Very patient staff who really take the time to get to know your trainer needs. I visited a few times to ask questions and look at different running shoes and was given the same great service. El was particularly helpful. I didn’t purchase from there in the end due to not having the shoes I needed but I will definitely return again.
