We stopped by one day just to ask if they could adjust my glasses, and the staff was immediately welcoming and kind. Later, when we came back to purchase new glasses, my prescription wasn’t correct and we had to try three times. Throughout the entire process, Laura and John were amazing — patient, supportive, and very understanding. While I was away at college, Laura also took such great care of my mom with her glasses. The store has so many options that it’s hard to choose, but it’s also great to have so many choices! I loved my glasses, and I’m so happy everything worked out. I’m truly grateful for the support we received and for how warm and welcoming Laura and John have always been. Excellent customer service and a wonderful experience overall. Highly recommend!

We e been going to Dan Deutch and Laura for years. She is so knowledgable and is not afraid to tell me when and why a frame does or doesn’t fit my face. She also adjusts acetate frames and does repairs when I need it as I am sometimes hard on my frames. You won’t get better quality, service, selection or price anywhere else!
