Amazing workout and a lot of fun! Everyone is super positive, friendly,welcoming. They offer african and ballet classes in addition to the Dancefix classes. Dancefix is a really great time!
I’d been looking for a high energy dance fitness class for quite some time. I’ve found so much more than that at Dancefix! The community is so welcoming and supportive of folks of all ages and abilities. As a non-dancer with limited experience, I was extremely intimidated to sign up but I’m so glad I took a chance. Now I understand why it’s called DanceFIX…I’m hooked and always look forward to my next hit.
