Outstanding customer service by Jay! Had a wonderful experience at Dandelion Chocolate in San Francisco thanks to Jay. He was incredibly warm, patient, and knowledgeable, and made us feel genuinely welcome from the moment we walked in. He took the time to explain the menu options, offered thoughtful recommendations, and answered all our questions with real enthusiasm and care. He was also exceptionally kind to our two children, engaging them with so much warmth and making the visit special for our whole family. It’s rare to come across service that feels so authentic and attentive. Jay truly elevated the entire experience - this is exactly the kind of customer service that keeps people coming back. Highly recommend!

The hot chocolate is extremely good and worth the visit but the place just needs to have a caring crew. When i visited it was so dirty and very unpleasant because a lot things left on the table before it got cleared up sofa has a lot of bread crumbs and things like that. Staffs need to smile for a little bit seems like they are having a bad day or something but other than that i enjoyed our hot chocolate.

Relaxing environment, great chocolate smell in the air. Nibby cold brew was refreshing. Friendly staff. Also a great selection of gift boxes and chocolate bars

such a vibe. the chocolate cream pie is the best. Honestly, you can’t go wrong. Unlimited gourmet marshmallows. the hot chocolate is too sweet for many but perfect for me. The people are kind, the restrooms squeaky clean and the ambiance sublime. Perfect for co working, reliable wifi and delicious sparkling water. It’s a go to for me in the city to ground and create.

The hour-long factory tour led by Graham and first time tour guide trainee Jasper is absolutely worth the price of admission. If you love learning how good it made, if you just love similarly made drinks like wine, beer, and coffee, or if you are simply a nerd and/or a chocolate lover this tour is for you. I don't know how I missed this location, only about a 20 minute walk from the much smaller Valencia location. Absolutely top tier and I will returning specifically to this location for the expanded menu, drinks, and excellent experience from every staff member I encountered. I greatly enjoyed bith the iced house mocha, and the hot European drinking chocolate - talk to your barista if you prefer more or less sweet drinks for customization and recommendations.
