We had an excellent experience with Adaline at Dania Furniture Spokane. We are long time customers of Dania and this time we made an online purchase. We had an issue with one of the lamps and Adaline went the extra mile to take care of our issue. Dania, give Adaline a raise!!! She was excellent at customer service! Well done.

Sold us a worthless warranty for hundreds of dollars so that when our furniture started to show signs of wear and tear, the warranty was already null and void so it was a worthless sheet of paper. The furniture is not lasting like they promised for the quality and price we paid. No different from any other furniture store in town, could have saved a lot of money and got better furniture. So avoid Dania, and their dirty sales practices. You would think for spending over $10,000 in their store, the warranty would have been better, and the furniture would have held up better after 2 years. Such a disappointment. Review edit: I called the number provided in Dania's response from the owner on today 11/24/2025. The person who answered said it was the wrong number and that it was the number for the online orders department. This just shows why the review is 1 star, even the phone number provided is incorrect, which has just been my entire story with Dania. So they made a comment trying to act concerned like they wanted to help but they can't even get that right.

I love working with the Dania team to create new spaces in my home! They are always going out of their way to make sure I’m satisfied and my needs are met. They work with my style and are always very patient with me. Special shout out to Stacy Lenz, she’s amazing! All the pieces fit so well into the upstairs space! Recommend 100%

We truly love Dania!!! Have been a very dedicated customer for 10 years. This store has the finest quality of modern home furnishings which includes: fine Italian leather, unique glass tables, Howard Miller clocks. Excellent customer service given to us each and every time by our favorite top notch salesman Devin Strand. The entire staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. Thank you Dania for always taking very good care of us.

Beautiful, inspiring Scandinavian furniture. Just bought a very modern expandable dining table for our lake home. Leave fold inside table and one person can do this all.on their own. Plus a gorgeous bedroom set that is streamlined and gorgeous with multiple material mediums used to bring out the beauty!
