We just closed on our second property with Josh and team, and we couldn't be happier! This was our first dip into commercial real estate, and there was a lot to learn, but Josh handled the extra complexity like a pro. We love how straightforward and practical he is—no fluff, all clarity and expertise. He stayed ahead of every detail and was always quick to respond. His approach kept us confident and ensured a seamless process from start to finish. Highly recommend working with Josh from Danielle Lazier's office at Vivre Real Estate.

We used Vivre for our home search and sale, and they were outstanding from start to finish. On the buyer side, we worked with Josh, who was excellent. He was extremely responsive, highly knowledgeable, and guided us through every step of the process with clarity and care. When our search shifted to a different city, he adapted seamlessly and continued to be a steady, supportive presence throughout what could have been a stressful transition. For the sale of our home, we worked with Danielle, who came highly recommended by a prior agent we trusted. Choosing someone with a higher seller fee felt like a significant decision, but it was absolutely the right one. Danielle’s experience, strategy, and deep understanding of the market more than justified the investment and ultimately resulted in a sale that exceeded our original pricing expectations. She helped get our older home fully market-ready by connecting us with the right professionals for repairs and preparation, coordinating every detail, and delivering truly exceptional staging. She was thoughtful and realistic in helping us set expectations, while also positioning the home in a way that highlighted its character and strengths. Even during a holiday period, she was able to generate strong interest and sell the home within a short period of time, while also finding the right buyer for a truly special home. Danielle is strategic, organized, and deeply knowledgeable about her market, with strong relationships across the industry. We felt well informed, supported, and confident throughout the entire process. I would highly recommend this team to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

My husband and I recently purchased our first condo with the help of Katie Moss and had a lovely experience. We went into the search not being 100% sure that buying was the right move for us as we had just moved back to the area and Katie was great at making sure we felt informed and confident with our choices at every step. She took the time to understand us and our needs, making the whole process feel seamless. We're so happy with our home and really grateful we had Katie on our team!

I run a professional home staging company in San Francisco so when it came to deciding to chose a real estate agent for my own condo purchase - I had a very large pool of agents to chose from. I decided to work with Danielle because over the years working together on selling her client's properties I appreciated her professionalism and straightforward approach. Being well-versed in the real estate market myself, I just needed someone to guide me through the more nuanced details of RE transactions - someone with great negotiating skills and someone with a large network as personal relationships are what gets deals done here in the city. Danielle is equipped with all the above and made the whole process easy-breezy. There has to be a certain trust in the client-realtor relationship and I 100% trusted she will do her very best, the same way she trusts me when we oversee home renovations and staging her client's properties. I am very happy with the property and the purchase price and I feel I got an amazing deal and a lot of that is down to Danielle's expertise. I would absolutely recommend Danielle and Vivre RE if you're buying or selling as she will get you your desired results!

I am very thankful that Danielle connected me and husband with Josh Ortiz from her team. I had a wonderful experience working with Josh. He is exceptionally detail-oriented, responsive, and genuinely committed to his clients’ best interests. Throughout the entire home-buying process, Josh kept me well-informed and always took the time to explain what to expect next. His negotiation skills are truly outstanding — he approached every discussion with confidence and strategy, securing a great outcome for me. Thanks to his thoughtful guidance and planning, everything went smoothly from start to finish. I’m very grateful for his help and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a top-tier real estate agent.
