Aili and her shop is the best in the business. I’ve been going to see Aili since 2019 and I always feel welcome and safe as a queer boded person. It’s always a question with other shops, but Aili runs her shop with kindness, love and a sprinkling of no bullshit. I followed my barber to HOMME, driving over two hours for cuts in the past. Now that I’m local, I’ve been getting my hair cut by Noe. He always delivers exactly what I’m looking for and has been super flexible when I’ve wanted to try something new—like a mohawk! Noe’s attention to detail and willingness to ensure I’m happy with the final result is unmatched. He's the best! The shop itself is incredible. It has a fantastic vibe with tons of plants and strategically placed alcohol that adds a unique and stylish touch. The owner, Aili, is amazing—always so kind and welcoming. Her dog, Shadow, is the perfect greeter, adding to the warm, local feel of the space. Both Noe and Aili go above and beyond to make clients feel comfortable and at home. Pro tips: Give yourself enough time to find parking, and don’t forget that HOMME is cash-only—come prepared! The experience is absolutely worth it. I can’t recommend Noe and Aili enough!

My first cut w/Ali was awesome. Ali and Nöe are super friendly and approachable. The vibe in the shop is relaxed. Even though I went in for a Clean Up Cut, Ali was thoughtful and professional. Ali asked questions throughout the cut, working in stages and checking in w/me to ensure I was satisfied w/the progress of the cut. Ultimately, Ali is my new barber and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to those seeking a barber cut.

Had a wonderful cut the other day by Aili. Took the time to listen to my thoughts and asked a ton of questions. Relaxed vibe. Best first haircut I’ve ever gotten. As a masc non binary person I don’t always have good experiences in barbershops but Aili was awesome. Will be back!

I started getting my haircut with Aili 1.5 years ago and I’ve had such an amazing experience. As a masculine presenting female, I haven’t always felt super comfortable or welcomed in barber shops. I’ve also found it hard to explain how I want my hair cut to previous barbers. Aili is so approachable and her space is very calming and fun to be in. I feel understood and accepted, she’s educated me a ton about my hair and certain products, and she absolutely nails my skin fade every time. The space is full of plants and good vibes, and Aili is always great for conversation and a wonderful host. It feels so nice to be in a barber shop with a female barber who is well versed in cutting men and women’s hair and creates a safe space for all to have a relaxing and quality experience. I always leave feeling happy and excited about my new cut.
