My card kept declining despite having funds. Tanya was very helpful and got me thru. Free towels and vacuums with wash, I will definitely be returning.
I was having a bad morning and i came across Ms. Ashanti. She had a big smile on face as I approached her. I couldn't find my credit card but she was very patient with me. She has great customer service & positive energy!! I will be back for the promotion you guys have going on.
I love coming to this car wash called das car was. It’s a good near place for me to be going to wash my dad car with him. The people that they work there are very nice and friendly. My favorite part about that car wash is that they have Led lights on when they be washing the cars and it’s fun too, I just want to thank everyone dash car was you guys are awesome 👍🥰💞💞💞🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼 keep up the good work. The employees are nice. The car wash is nice, but the problem I have is the employees do not tell the people parking in the handicap spots not to park there when they have no evidence of being handicapped. I am handicapped, and, every single time I go, these spaces are taken up by Uber drivers that are not handicapped and other people who are not handicapped
This car wash is non existent, they ALWAYS have cones in front of 2 of the 3 pay stations herding everyone into one line making the wait line spill into the street. ( photo’s attached). When I asked employee why the other 2 stations were blocked, they responded it I’m unsure it was closed when I got here. I actually moved one of the cones one day and went straight thru, that means they work the employees just choose to put the cones in front of the station. Then after waiting 20 mins in a long line to get a minimal car wash that you can get on any corner around the valley for the same price with no lines, ALL of the vacuum stations are broken and have been broken for at least a month( photo’s attached). If you happen to find one station with a vacuum 10 out of 10 times it will have NO suction, it was so bad last time I just started picking the crumbs off my carpet and shaking out my mats, that did a better job than the vacuum. I have wasted 3 months paying for this membership, when I have been wanting to go to a GO car wash membership that are always clean and have no lines, but I have to wait one more month for them to take my money for nothing, then I will be canceling my membership. If you are looking for a good car wash…keep looking this is NOT the place, they take $20 or more from thousands of Nevada residents and can’t even fix there vacuums.
