My experience with this accounting law firm, particularly with accountant Hardik, has been extremely frustrating and costly. I paid an $800 retainer fee expecting reliable and professional service, but I received neither. Hardik failed to file my taxes, didn’t complete required filings with the IRS or the Department of Labor, and was consistently unresponsive. I had to call multiple times just to get a single response—and even then, basic tasks like processing payroll were delayed unless I followed up repeatedly. Due to this firm’s incompetence and lack of follow-through, I’m now left with fines and penalties that could have been easily avoided with proper handling. Despite all this, they refused to refund the retainer fee, even though virtually no work was completed. This firm is inconsistent, unprofessional, and completely unreliable. I strongly caution others against trusting them with any important financial or legal responsibilities.
