I came across Davalos Law Firm on line one day during my search. I was in need of an attorney to assist in the divorce process. Brian Davalos and his team were very professional and I knew I was in good hands throughout the whole process. In the second case, the judge did not side in our favor, however, I know Brian did his very best to represent me. I recommend Davalos Law Firm to anyone needing a family lawyer because they will have your best interest. If for any reason I would need a lawyer again, Brian will be the first to call.

Brian Davalos was recommended to me by my attorney in Sacramento and he did a great job. He was able to quickly determine that the person who filed a restraining order against me and another against my father was engaging in filing SLAPP suits against us in retaliation against my father filing a domestic violence restraining order against him. My restraining order was dismissed the first day in court and he was very sympathetic when my father committed suicide prior to our first day in court. Brian and his office were always responsive when contacted. I knew about the consultation fee ahead of time; it is a market rate fee and nothing unusual for the industry.
