My wife was refused service tonight with her New Mexico real ID ( with the Star and everything). We came here for a date night and to watch the Seahawks game. Five employees, including a manager, looked at it and continued to say it’s fake after showing them *a picture of* her passport and a picture from her 2012 high school graduation. She was refused service. We are both 31 years old. Both of us were sober, just getting a drink to watch the end of the game before grabbing a pick-up order in the mall. I would understand if she had an older ID, but it’s a Real ID. It’s good enough for TSA and a serious background check for her job. She even has global entry. We were trying to spend a lovely date night together. Oh and if she was underage, why’d they let us sit at the bar while I finished my beer? Wild.

Fun family friendly, wheelchair accessible place! My dad said they have one of the best family restrooms, you can drive right in. I got the ribs half rack (add truffle fries) and then ribs were good, the fries were a little soggy but pretty good. The coleslaw is just a little sweet, but not too sweet. Staff were nice and polite, but they forgot to bring us utensils with food, so we had to ask for some.

The family and I went to D&B to dine for the first time. The environment was so loud we couldn't even talk to each other. Not complaining since it is to be expected, due to the adjoining arcade. I ordered fish and chips, it was cod, however it was so fishy. Tasted aweful. The French fries are good though. My family had burgers, and one had Alfredo, which they enjoyed. The food is on the spendy side, small to med size portions. The service was ehh, could be a tad better but the lady was nice enough. I personally wouldn't go back to dine, but to each is their own.

I want to give a huge shout‑out to the incredible team at Dave & Buster’s, especially Manager Paul and my server Hannah H. Every time I visit, I spend a lot of time (and money!) enjoying the games and atmosphere, so great service really stands out—and these two absolutely delivered. Paul, went above and beyond to help me with some reward cards I had earned. He handled everything quickly, professionally, and with a genuinely friendly attitude. It’s rare to find a manager who treats guests with that level of care and attention, and it made a big difference in my experience. Hannah H. was equally impressive. Her service was outstanding from start to finish—attentive without being intrusive, upbeat, and on top of everything I needed. She made the visit smooth, fun, and stress‑free, which is exactly what you hope for when you’re out to enjoy yourself. Thanks to Paul and Hannah H., this visit was one of my best yet. They’re the kind of employees who make you want to keep coming back. Dave & Buster’s is lucky to have them.

Was a great experience for myself and my teenage son. They music could have been toned down just a bit. The staff was all awesome and helpful 👍
