We go here a lot because of the arcade. Never had much luck at the restaurant. Service is slow to almost nonexistent unless its busy. And when its busy its a struggle to get simple refills, unless your there for the bar. As for the arcade, the prizes are pretty good for the area, but there tickets prices have shot up a lot. We usually go on half price Sundays fun days, but they are lieing about it being half off. Over half their machines are the same price as the weekdays. I dont know if this is on purpose or if they just dont care to keep track. But if your going to commercial half prices, it damn well better be. Otherwise your false advertising and stealing. Its quickly becoming a scam. Let's mention their app. We are top tier members and have won every single thing possible on the app. We are suppose to get better prices for being loyal customers. Yet we havent gotten those discounts for a while now. Only thing I can say thats positive at this point, is that the holiday gift sent by mail for being loyal customers was a nice surprise. Simple items, but a sign of appreciation that was appreciated right back. Update: We visited here again and I must admit... they did well to win our respect again. We were lucky enough to visit on a night that their manager was in. Assuming he was their manager. We played on their machines that would despence Funko Pops. Needed it refilled. As always we spent another $300 on our visit. The machine dis not dispence properly quite a few times, as the boxes were a bit jammed in the reward push outs. The gentleman not only explained their half off games to us, and that not all of them apply to the discount. He was very sweet and even swapped one of our PoPs being the one that should have dispensed more then several times never did. Bravo to you Dave and Busters. You have regained our love. You are a long 2 hours of driving to visit, we hope you continue to encourage us to continue that trip to you. You make our visits to the cities worth the insanity of traffic.

I had my daughter’s birthday party here on the 10th. It was my first time renting something like this so I didn’t really know what to expect. I honestly thought it was cool with the unlimited cards but it’s not unlimited it’s just only for some games. So it turned out kinda lame. And then the manager with nappy ponytail was very rude. I was going to leave a good tip since the waiter was being nice but he was completely rude and wanted us to leave? Even once we were moved to another table we didn’t even get asked if we wanted something. Another waiter came by and asked but the manager with the nappy ponytail told him no. I was confused because I was still going to order dinner there as well. But I would not recommend for a party. Just pay the pases itself.

I had my first time at Dave & Buster’s in Edina, MN, at Southdale Mall! I ordered the Ultimate Mac and Cheese with Smoked Brisket, and for dessert, I got Strawberry Shortcake through the DoorDash app. I’m definitely planning to return to Dave & Buster’s in Southdale Mall in Edina, MN, again!

Solid fun for kids and families. The shuffleboard games are great but it's annoying you can't just start another round, you start over from the beginning every time. BBQ chicken flatbread is awesome and the french fries are so good. Service speed was really slow. Even with 5-6 staff standing around, not one asked if I wanted a refill of soda as I was standing by the fill station. They were more interested in their phones and talking about what they are doing this weekend. Generally though still a fun plac to go.

This was our first visit here. Our party included 5 adults and two of them got playcards. Our waiter was very good at his job. Great upsale skills, very focused and friendly. Our party had 3 different checks. Everything was correct. Our visit was about 2 hrs. Not just the service but the atmosphere away from gaming was so cozy and we were doing a reunion of not seeing family over 22 yrs, so our table was towards the back, quiet and perfect for our meet up. Tons of games and fun all around. Our only complaint is of course the pricey bill at the end. That was to be expected though. All employees were very friendly and helpful. Super clean everywhere. Great job guys!
