We always enjoy coming here to grab food and play some games. Today we stopped by for lunch and spent the afternoon playing, and it was another great experience. Nicole, the manager, came over to talk with us, and she was so pleasant and welcoming. She truly represents great management and made our visit even better. I wanted to make sure to leave a review to highlight her excellent customer service and attention to detail.

First time at Dave & Busters, and I loved it! Desiree was awesome! She was serving a big group, and worked very efficiently and was incredibly kind. Her and the other servers were very respectful and hard working. The food was INCREDIBLE. I got the Ultimate Mac & Cheese and it was very good. Great first time experience, all thanks to the lovely server I had. Thank you so much Desiree!!

Ky was absolutely amazing! I have never had a server that was nice and friendly. He made sure my family and I had a great time! We came to watch the Dolphin game. He put it on the big screen and 2 smaller TVs. He made sure we always had drinks and got us our food fast. The food was super delicious! Ky recommend the 90 minute cards so our children had a blast while their dad watched the game. He is seriously one of a kind! If I could give him 100 stars I would!

Desiree at Dave & Buster’s was absolutely amazing! From the moment we were seated, she was friendly, attentive, and made us feel genuinely welcome. She kept our drinks full, our food came out hot and exactly right, and she checked on us often without ever being overbearing. What really stood out was her positive attitude and professionalism, even with a busy floor. She handled everything with a smile and made our visit so much more enjoyable. It’s clear she takes pride in her work and truly cares about her customers. If you’re visiting Dave & Buster’s, ask for Desiree—she’s the kind of server that turns a good night into a great one. We’ll definitely be back because of her!

We went here today and it was very busy. My husband ordered shrimp Cajun pasta without sausage. When the food came out the pasta still had sausage in it. We waited for about an hour before my husband could get the correct meal. When the shrimp pasta came back out there was a piece of meat in it. How it got there, I do not know. My son ordered the rib-eye meal. The ribeye was charred and when he started eating the mashed potatoes he realized he was chewing on something that was a different texture and spit it out in a napkin. When I started digging through the mashed potatoes there was macaroni in it. I’m not sure who is doing quality control on the food that’s going out to customers but this was not a good experience for us. We told the waiter and she was very apologetic and so was the manager. Overall customer service was great (thank you Desiree) but the food was not so good. The manager did however comp the pasta meal and we appreciated that. We paid our bill and still gave a tip because we got great service, however I’m not sure that we’d eat here during busy times again.
