I’ve been coming here for a long time and have always had good experiences, which is why tonight was so disappointing. The fried rice was burned, and both the scallops and shrimp had a bad taste. It wasn’t just “not great” — it was bad enough that I took one bite and immediately asked to speak with a manager. What made the situation worse was how it was handled. Instead of taking the concern seriously, the manager called my wife a liar. I even asked her to taste the food herself, and she refused, insisting there was nothing wrong with it. I understand that mistakes happen in a kitchen, but dismissing customers and refusing to even check the issue is unacceptable. This experience completely changed my perception of a place I used to enjoy. We will not ever go back

My friends and I (5 people) sat with with a another group (5 people) and waited AN HOUR to for a cook. We had to ask about the situation TWICE. We were told that they were on the way and we continously got passed on. AFTER AN HOUR of WAITING for a COOK, we finally got our food. We asked the server about a discount for the inconvenience we experienced of AN HOUR wait time SEATED and they told us no. We asked about FIRST RESPONDERS discount, which we qualify for, she said no. They ONLY OFFER MILITARY. We were informed that in order to get a cook to your table in a timely manner you MUST RESERVE A TABLE OF 6 OR MORE PEOPLE. Otherwise you HAVE to wait. They do not serve based on first come! It's based on whoever ticket is put in first. If your waiter is taking their time your food will be a LONGER WAIT. I used to love this place but I am disappointed in the service and professionalism of the staff. Our waiter proceeded to tell the manager she "might not want to cash this check out yet" and laughed until we made eye contact then did the attitude change.
