Came here on a Tuesday @4pm… Nice Happy Hour drink selections…. The Bbq flatbread was fabulous ( perfect amount of heat ) Great Service!

I have been coming here since I was a little kid. Always had a good time here, vibes are always decent. Started to come here to watch sports games now. Came in to watch a PRIMETIME game, and asked the staff after waiting at the bar with no server to possibly get some help and service to change the TV to the game. We got helped and another 10 minutes with absolutely no response from anyone. Asked again, and our waiter told us that their boss said the teams weren’t playing. Pulled up on my phone to show them the game and she went back to let them know. One of the staff, I am assuming he runs the channels, came out to explain why they don’t stream it. No problem with that, simply asked how come? Bro throws the paper in front of me with their schedule, where it clearly says NBALP and I am showing him on the phone that it is on League pass, instead of trying to explain that the channel is League pass and they don’t have actual league pass and can’t stream the game… the dude crosses his arms and just looks away, ignoring everything I say. All the while being aggressive and was extremely condescending, my party was shocked. As a customer coming to a SPORTS bar, why is it such an issue for one to ask about a game? I felt burdened asking them to change the channel. Maybe they were having a bad day but I was extremely appalled to how I was being treated. Started talking about DNB policies and I tried to ask him if there was a way I can know in advance of the games being played so I can avoid the inconvenience. He didn’t even listen to that portion, no response, just kept shaking his head, sarcastically scoffing and after I asked him to relax, he just said “we don’t have it” and walked away. How am I as the customer supposed to know what exactly the business is streaming? And why is the dude that is doing his JOB getting frustrated at a request to change the channel? Makes no sense to me 🤷‍♂️ mind you it was empty when we went so there wasn’t even a rush 😭 I love coming to DNB to watch games, crowds are usually great and service is usually pretty solid. But man that left a SOUR experience for me. Overall weird experience… The place itself is solid, service is usually good and bartenders are friendly. Place is clean and TVs are huge so gonna be missing that.

Can't say about food but arcade experience was genuinely disappointing. There was hardly any game that doesn't have something broken about them. The non functional ones at least you can tell before you pay, but theres also the broken sensor, broken controller, out of focus projector which completely ruins the game, down the clown with 1 balls lol...and you only find out after paying.

Great experience here at Dave and Busters. Its literally been years since we can where and alot has changed. When we arrived we were greeted by the manager and explained how all the food, cards, and points worked. We got the burgers and fries with Buffalo wings. Excellent food. We got 3 cards, one with unlimited 90 minutes of play, and 2 others with a lower amount of points. The waitress was nice enough to comp us to free game cards and all we have to pay for was the unlimited one. Excellent service, Excellent food, and we had fun for 2 hours playing games. We will definitely be coming back.

Food was ok, it's not cheap if you want to add playing games though. We bought 100 tokens w a meal for 30 which wasn't to bad but only played about 9 games. 2 games were broken. This Dave and Buster's was bigger than others we've been to but we didn't see half the games until we left as they were on the opposite side. Recommend checking them all out before playing and using all your tokens. Staff was super friendly.
