Before i met David i was having dizzy spells, hormonal imbalances and just not in a good place physically and mentally, my blood work was all over the place and i decided to step it all up to sort myself out. Although i had previously worked out regularly my fitness wasnt matching my goals. I signed up and have trained with David for 1 year now. My results are insane. He tweaked my perfomace goals, my diet and cut down on my insane workouts to formulate a routine that will could cater to my hectic business life schedule. My health and physic have been the best in my entire life. I went from 29 percent body fat down to a lean mean 12 percent currently. He has been a great in ever aspect of helping me to get to my require goals and the work outs have most importantly given me a new found appriciation of how my body works. No more bro splits.
