If you want to enjoy your wedding day, you have to work with Day of Pittsburgh. From the first call with them, we were immediately put at ease and felt less burdened about planning a wedding. Week of the wedding, they coordinated with all of our vendors to ensure that everything was ready to go and they handled any questions or issues that arose. We couldn’t believe how pretty everything looked at the venue the day of the wedding and we know we couldn’t have done it without Day of Pittsburgh. We had the best time working with Jess (our day of coordinator), we 100% recommend Day of Pittsburgh.

We interviewed multiple coordinators, and while they were above our price point, felt such ease and calm on our initial chat with Heather. Working with Day Of Pittsburgh leading up to the wedding provided us with such seamless organization and communication. Working with our assigned coordinator was so easy, she was quick to respond to emails, she asked questions we hadn’t considered, and she helped us fill in any gaps. It was clear that she was well seasoned, familiar with the venue, and had an unshakeable, confident energy to lead us into our big day. She did a wonderful job recommending additional vendors to help fill out missing pieces, like our DJ and our videographer, both huge highlights. My husband and I did have a few moments we sought their support and felt let down. One was with a previously written request helping usher people away from the sweetheart table while we were eating. My husband and I had to bounce guests away ourselves and the support coordinator wouldn’t appear until after we ourselves excused them from our table, despite only standing about five feet away. The other, more pressing, feedback is my family planned a surprise without our knowledge. Our lead coordinator was in on the surprise for about a month prior, but never once asked my husband and I if we wanted a big surprise on our wedding day. This was honestly our biggest pain point and I hope in the future they don’t immediately roll with family plans before checking in with the bride and groom.

Day of Pittsburgh is amazing!! For our ceremony and reception at Hotel Monaco, Ashley was our Lead Planner and Mallory was her assistant. They were always checking in with my wife and I to make sure we had everything we needed including drinks and Crocs once our feet started to hurt :) We had a lot of DIY projects, and they both did an amazing job bringing our vision to life. In the planning stages, Ashley and team were always super responsive and helpful, answering any questions we had. We didn't have to worry at all about vendor coordination or timeline which was a huge weight off our shoulders. I cannot recommend them enough!

Groom here! We hired Day of Pittsburgh for our summer 2025 wedding, and Heather and Ashley have already helped so much. During our kickoff meeting, we met with Heather and she gave us a lot of great vendor recommendations that fit our budget and overall vibe. Heather created a day of timeline to help us stay on track for our entire wedding day, which made us feel relieved and organized! They helped us navigate all of the hotel room block stress, and shared the best venues near our hotel to host the rehearsal dinner and welcome drinks for our out of town guests. We feel more excited and less stressed every time we talk to them. I could not imagine planning an entire wedding without Day of Pittsburghs help! There is so much that goes into the planning process that I didn’t even know about and they have an answer for everything!

Are you looking for a stress-free wedding day with no issues or need to worry about details? If you answered yes (because who isn't right?!) you need to book Day of Pittsburgh right now! From the first meeting on we were so impressed with all of their support, how quickly they got back to us, and how ready they were for everything. Prior to the wedding we met a few times via Zoom and at our venue to discuss the entire day. We ran into an issue with one of our vendors in the weeks leading up to the wedding and the Day of team was there to help us figure everything out. While all of their support prior to the wedding was so helpful, the day of the wedding I truly believe these ladies are super-human. If there were any hiccups in the day I am still blissfully unaware because Emily and Ashley handled it all. The set-up and flip of our ceremony/dinner space was a pinterest board dream, they made sure all of our details were included, and they made sure that we were taken care of the entire time. We are so grateful for the Day of Pittsburgh team and how they helped the best day of our lives come together!!

I can’t thank the Day of Pittsburgh team enough for helping to make our wedding better than we ever imagined. Heather and her team are incredible! We met with Heather a year ago to make sure we were on track and start our timeline. Closer to our wedding, we met with Jess who helped coordinate a meeting at our venue and met with us multiple times virtually. She helped make sure every detail was perfect, from set up to vendor communication I truly could not have don’t it without her. Jess and Monica set up all of my DIYs including signs, menus, Photo Booth props, and even my champagne tower! My goal was for everything to go smoothly without my family or I having to worry about the details of the day, and Jess made that possible. Jess even helped my husband coordinate surprising me with our dog showing up for photos! I can’t recommend Day of Pittsburgh enough ❤️
