For a business with a strong reputation, I expected at minimum a courtesy response — a decline would have been totally acceptable. Unfortunately, this experience was a clear and rare case of over-promising and under-delivering in this industry. - I contacted Dealing in Design for a professional restoration assessment and spoke directly with the owner, Jamie. I was assured the matter would be reviewed and asked to send photographs, which I did the following day. Despite multiple day passing, calls and messages following up from my end, I received no response, no updates, and no explanation. Given the initial assurances, this lack of communication and respect was disappointing and very unprofessional. I would not recommend relying on Dealing in Design if you need timely, professional engagement.

Had my loose coffee table legs repaired. Jamie was super easy to deal with, quick turnaround and the table looked even better with a fresh lick of oil he generously applied. Definitely recommend.

Talented, friendly and reasonably priced. I had a tricky fix to a curved handle of some very expensive mid century furniture. Jamie and the team crafted a new piece, matched the stain precisely and treated the leather at their own expense. You could never tell it had been fixed; absolutely perfect. Highly recommend. We need more places like this! 5 star!

I highly recommend Dealing in Design for furniture restoration. They were extremely professional. Clear about time frames and price range. But most importantly the work they did was amazing. My damaged vintage coffee table was been restored to new again and looks fantastic.

I couldn’t be more happy with the detailed work that was done on our table by the guys at Dealing by design. It is obvious they love what they do. I highly recommend. Also, they are very nice to deal with and attended to all of my requests.
