For a business with a strong reputation, I expected at minimum a courtesy response — a decline would have been totally acceptable. Unfortunately, this experience was a clear and rare case of over-promising and under-delivering in this industry. - I contacted Dealing in Design for a professional restoration assessment and spoke directly with the owner, Jamie. I was assured the matter would be reviewed and asked to send photographs, which I did the following day. Despite multiple day passing, calls and messages following up from my end, I received no response, no updates, and no explanation. Given the initial assurances, this lack of communication and respect was disappointing and very unprofessional. I would not recommend relying on Dealing in Design if you need timely, professional engagement.
