Honestly. I don't understand why I have to give it one star when I shouldn't. I've had the worst experience ever. A month after taking my TV in, they charged me $65 for the "defect," and after going to the repair shop so many times only to find it wasn't there. Today I finally picked it up, only to throw it away since it couldn't be fixed. A whole month of trouble only to be told it can't be fixed.

Dean fixed my Black & Decker refrigerator the day that I called them. They were the shining light in a nightmare repair process with Amazon, Black & Decker and Equity Brands. I would recommend Dean.

0 star! Worst ever! Never answer calls! And no show for appointments!

I concur with all of the 1-star reviews; absolutely the worst television repair ever. Same issues as others: no diagnostic testing; just replaced boards (motherboard was discussed, WiFi board was not until I was unexpectedly billed $200+). Called them back and boards replaced (again…at least they said they were new), only to experience ‘frozen’ screen, dropped internet connections…during the Olympics programming, of all times! (Simone Biles frozen mid-air)! Called them again. Guess what: 30-day warranty on replacement boards expired. I’m ’out-of-luck’. I can’t forgive LG for referring them! They should all be ashamed, but I doubt they are! BEWARE…VERY BEWARE!

Make your first impression the best one. The phone call was HORRIBLE! I wouldn’t recommend this place to no one!
