Jess and Millie are honestly amazing at the gym. Super friendly, welcoming, and always make you feel comfortable no matter your fitness level. They’re knowledgeable, motivating, and actually care about helping you improve instead of just going through the motions. The energy they bring makes training enjoyable, and they push you in the best way possible. Couldn’t ask for better people to train around—highly recommend them both.

Dedicated Fitness is clean, well-equipped, and has a very welcoming vibe. Training with Dan has been life-changing. I started at 58kg and now weigh 48.5kg, losing 9.5kg with his guidance. He made me a personalized program, gave me macro goals, taught me how to track my nutrition, and even checked in with me daily outside our sessions. As a female client, I always felt comfortable because he was very professional, gentle, and respectful. He also shared so much knowledge about training and female body development, which made me feel safe and understood. Dedicated Fitness Southbank is hands down the coolest gym I’ve ever been to. The fact that it’s in a converted church gives it such a unique atmosphere, and the equipment is next level, they even have Korean-engineered machines you don’t see anywhere else. Membership is super affordable, the whole place is spotless, and the staff are incredibly welcoming, especially Dray who always makes the experience better. The community vibe is strong, motivating, and supportive. Easily a 10/10 recommendation if you want a gym that’s high quality, affordable, and completely different from the rest.
