Deka Lash

Woke up the next day with a huge amount of yellow thick eye discharge. Bright red eyes on the way to the airport, and it hurt so badly. They still hurt. My wives eyes who also got them done were a little pink but my left eye was completely red. Felt like I was punched in the face. Followed all instructions but they are so painful. During application it was burning the entire time badly and lash tech seemed nervous at the end when pulling my lashes apart from the bottom. I think she filled my eyes with glue. Or I’m not sure what. Doctor in Mexico said I have an eye infection. I had to spend a lot of money for the medication sent to my resort too. Got these done for my honeymoon and the glue is sooo chunky compared to my wives. Like, they look totally different than hers and we got the same kind of lashes. Hers were relatively fluffy and mine feel like I have a hundred layers of mascara on from the start. Ouch. My wife’s soaked off with oil easily. Mine won’t budge. Big giant painful chunks on all of them. Edit: was offered a free service but I would never try this place again. Sort of traumatized honestly

I recently got a lash lift and tint with Cassidy and the whole experience was AMAZING from start to finish. I have been trying a few different places for my lash lift and Cassidy did the best job out of anyone I have seen thus far! I have one set of lashes that are particularly stubborn but she was able to get them set perfectly! After getting a tint at other places my eyes would burn and water bad for a bit after the appt, but I had no irritation at DekaLash with Cassidy. Will be booking again and so glad I found her as my lash tech! Highly recommend.

Very disappointed with the retention of the lashes.. The pictures I am posting is on day three of having these lashes done. I specifically asked for volume and did not receive that. When I brought it to their attention, there was no offer to make it right before my next fill. They only offered another consultation and adjustment at my two week fill. But nothing was proposed to fix the issue I’m facing right now. Very poor customer service and care.

Amazing Lash Lift & Tint with Cassidy! I had the best experience getting a lash lift and tint with Cassidy! She was incredibly kind, professional, and made me feel completely at ease throughout the entire appointment. She explained every step as she went and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. The results are absolutely beautiful—my lashes look longer, darker, and perfectly curled. I haven’t touched my lash curler or mascara since! It’s such a time-saver in the mornings, and I feel so much more confident with my natural lashes. Cassidy truly has an eye for detail and takes pride in her work. Highly recommend her to anyone considering a lash lift and tint—you won’t regret it!

Loved my lash tech Alexus she did a great job on my TRUEXPRESS full set! They looked so natural and felt so light I didn’t even feel like I had lashes on!!!! I would HIGHLY recommend this place!! Very cute aesthetics (even for selfies) and the ambiance while you’re getting your service is low voice tones, low playing music vibes and separate booths for each individual client!!! I even was able to stop next door and grab a smoothie !!! Cute!!
