Be aware: Satisfaction is not guaranteed with this company. We had this company come out three times (their standard for this treatment), but the problem was not getting better. At our third visit they provided a recommendation for other actions we could take to help remedy the problem, so we had all of those done and then called back asking for another treatment since we still had pest activity, and they will not come back out unless we pay for follow up visits. I have previously used a large, nationwide pest control company which was a little more expensive, but they continued to come out until we were completely satisfied. In the future, I would prioritize that satisfaction guarantee, since I'm now in the position where I have put time and money in with Delhi to still be at square one with the bugs. 2 stars because the technician was friendly & always on time, and the prices are good!

Jim at Delhi Pest Control provided excellent service today for termite prevention. He contacted me ahead of time to let me know his arrival. He was friendly, informative & thorough during his visit and carefully applied the treatments needed. He thanked us for choosing the service including the warranty.

Jim with Delhi Pest Control was great! He was very helpful and knowledgeable, and put me at ease while taking care of my Bee problem! He also shared with me some helpful tips on when I should have my yard treated again. I highly recommend Delhi Pest control.
