***BROKERS BEWARE*** This printer will contact your clients and do projects with them behind your back. I discussed this with the client and they were contacted by their sales rep. I called to discuss with them and they had no care in the world, Casey (the Owner) showed no compassion or unapologetic for the situation. I would suggest printing with more trustworthy printers that have a little more business ethics. There are plenty to choose from and will have better pricing and turnaround times. If you are not a top-tier client they do not treat you with the same customer service.
