Great customer service clean didn't have to wait that long was my first time sending a package out and printing a label the staff was very helpful will be going back in the near future
My bags were lost with a HUGE creative presentation that was printed in my bag. These guys helped me with a very last minute save by printing everything, helping me charge my phone and even recommending which Micheal’s to go to next so that I could get all my travel replacements and mounting materials. These guys simply went above and beyond and did it with a smile. Hands down best service I’ve gotten in a print and ship shop - and I used to work in one.
I've used this UPS store for nearly every service they offer, and they are always efficient, nice, and accommodating. Ship Amazon returns, used them as a notary, got Passport photos done, etc. Convenient location too!
Staff was nice. However, this is somewhat of a smaller store so once it started to get packed, there wasn’t a ton of standing room. However, staff got through customers quickly and I got another errand across the street done while waiting for my job to be done so I didn’t wait inside the store anyways. There’s a Safeway nextdoor so parking wasn’t an issue. *laminated some 8.5x11 pages, $2.50/page*
