Very disappointing and unprofessional response from this location. Instead of taking responsibility or properly inspecting the vehicle, the staff chose to blame the customer immediately. Multiple scratches appearing right after a car wash is not a coincidence. A business like Delta Sonic should know better than to dismiss clear damage and accuse the customer without any investigation. This shows a lack of accountability and poor customer service. Customers trust you with expensive vehicles. Damaging them and then denying responsibility is unacceptable. Management seriously needs to step in and handle situations like this more professionally.

Went for a car wash and the staff checking my car in was friendly. Service was quick and easy got my car cleaned up of all the salt on it. There was no towel dryers bc of weather. I wish they had vacuums like other locations for customers to use, but they don’t.

Went there and was greeted with a lot of respect and knowledge to my situation. Also, once the car was getting detailed, the young lady was very stern with her words of letting me know if she will take good care of my vehicle and do the job I was paying to be done and yes, she did exactly that so I would like to thank Tiana Gonzalez and Delta sonic for servicing my vehicle and making it look nice inside and out….

So today I went to get an Oil change last minute. It was about 4:30pm and the service was excellent! They were very professional and got me in and out of there super fast. They were informative and showed me how to reset so I knew exactly when to get my next one, which I never realized I could even do that! Unfortunately I did not get the 2 gentleman's names ☹️ But I wanted to make sure they were acknowledged for my positive experience. I Also received a free car wash with the oil change. And as we all know, oil changes are pretty expensive so that was a nice perk! I was taken care of by Carley at the car wash drive thru and she was super sweet and pleasant to talk too. She let me know about a current specials and deals going on and got me set up for exactly what I needed. It’s very rare to go anywhere these days and deal with nice employees that go above and beyond. I had just had a VERY long day and had to get this stuff done while I had time and I was worried about having this whole process to be a pain in the butt, but it was the complete opposite! I really appreciated the employees that made my experience there pleasant and fast! Thanks so much to those employees! Delta sonic you are very lucky to have such great employees! 🫶🫶🫶

Paid $27 for a top of the line car wash... tires were not shined/dressed as promised, and it left basic debris residue after washing, including brake dust, which, again, was supposed to be cleaned. Not to mention, this is NOT a touchless carwash as advertised! Bad, SCAM all around.
