Formal Complaint – Delta Sonic Car Wash (Delaware Location) I visited the Delta Sonic car wash located in Delaware to wash my vehicle. Immediately after the wash was completed, I noticed that my car had multiple scratches all over the body, which were not present before entering the car wash. The condition of the car before the wash was very good, and the scratches are clearly the result of the car wash equipment or brushes. This level of damage is completely unacceptable, especially from a well-known company that is expected to protect customers’ vehicles and maintain proper quality standards. I reported the issue to the staff on site right away, but unfortunately, I did not receive proper cooperation or a clear acceptance of responsibility, despite the damage being obvious. I am writing this complaint to warn other customers and to request that Delta Sonic take responsibility for the damage and provide fair compensation. I hope the management will contact me to resolve this issue in a professional and respectful manner. This was a very disappointing experience, and I do not recommend this car wash unless accountability and service quality are improved.

I had an excellent experience at the Delta Sonic Detail Shop thanks to Coby Kaylah and Charlotte. From start to finish, their customer service was outstanding—friendly, professional, and truly attentive to detail. My vehicle looks absolutely amazing, like it just rolled off the showroom floor. They took the time to make sure everything was done right and went above and beyond my expectations. I really appreciate their hard work and positive attitudes. Highly recommend this team and will definitely be back!

Today, I was assisted by Terell and Bryant for my oil change and engine cleaning. The team has exceptional manners and service. My car was serviced quickly as well. Big shout out to Terell, he has helped me before and is always a pleasure to interact with. Employees are very friendly and work vigorously while paying attention to details while doing detail work. My car had windows steamed, seats and carpets cleaned by Isabel H and Coby G with other employees jumping in at times to assist. The interior looked new when finished and I am very pleased with the work done. Even though I purchased the highest-priced car wash the exterior of my red SUV was still dirty. I thought the chassis was stained for good, but I got it shining with some soapy water and a microfiber cloth. While the wash did do well with my tires and hubcaps, it's just not nearly worth the price. Sorry, DeltaSonic.
