I absolutely love the gourmet pizza buffet concept at Delucca’s. The pizzas are pretty good but their dessert pizzas are my favorite part. The service is unmatched. It was raining and there was an employee escorting moms and children to their cars. I’ve never seen anything like it. So kind and thoughtful of them! I’ll definitely be coming back! Also, kids 4 and under are free! The lemon basil mocktail was so refreshing and delicious me and my toddler absolutely loved it.

Visited Delucca on Friday for early Mother’s Day with my son and loved every bit of it. The hostess was super welcoming, then our server Rafaela was very attentive and recommended the raspberry lemon drop which was delicious and also came with a super cool smoke bubble. The pizzas were great, the Mexican corn was tasty. Really liked my visit, and for the price, you really get a little bit of everything.

My mom had a wonderful Mother’s Day at Delucca yesterday. We brought a large group for a big celebration, and everyone left very happy. The highlight is the desserts. the Nutella pizza is a master piece.

Always loved Delucca but recently moved for college and hadn’t been back since then. My family and I decided to visit for Mother’s Day and even though they were packed, our service was great. Our server Finn was great, and we loved their new cinnamon roll brunch pizza. Overall, it was great to be back and eat their tasty pizzas!

Absolutely loved my experience at DeLucca in Plano! The pizza was amazing and everything came out fresh and flavorful. What really stood out though was the service — the hosts were so kind and welcoming from the moment we walked in, and the managers made such an effort to check on guests and create a great atmosphere. You can tell they truly care about the customer experience. Definitely one of the best dining experiences I’ve had in Plano and I’ll for sure be coming back!

We’ve been to DeLucca several times over the years, but after our experience last Saturday, we won’t be returning. The service was terrible from the start. Our server barely acknowledged our table and acted like we were an inconvenience the entire time. What really upset us was how they handled our 6-year-old daughter. We asked THREE separate times for a simple pepperoni pizza for her, and each time we were told, “We’re making pizza on a rotation and will get it out next time it is up.” Meanwhile, she sat there hungry while pizza after pizza went to other tables. As parents, it’s hard to understand how management or ownership thinks that’s acceptable. It felt like nobody cared at all about the customer experience, especially for families with kids. Very disappointing experience.
