I went in a little early on Sunday. Not a ton of shoppers. Lot of empty stalls. Some good stuff in some of the permanent stalls. Probably 15% of the open stalls had goods that looked like they were fresh from a dumpster-dive expedition. The live band was pretty awful. Not sure it wasn't just karaoke. I'll probably come back in spring or summer to see what it's like in warmer weather.
Pros, Corn Dogs $3.50 and the place is huge. Ok Cons, Parking is $5.00 Beer $10.00 and let me tell you people are just line up to get at that $10.00 beer NOT! So whats going on? Greed. Using the vendor base to milk every last $ from from their customers. With $10.00 beers there's no money left for vendors. This isn't a County Fair. It's Vendors trying to put food on the table to eat to survive. So how to make Denio's Great Again? or MDGA? Parking $3.50 Beer $3.50 trust me, 700% mark up is enough. Sell more make more it's not rocket science, it's just a good business practice that will bring more customers and more success for everyone. Actually offer spaces as advertised on your Web-Site $50 per week-end $35 per - week when paid monthly rather than telling vendors sorry all that we have available are twice that much. Take all the scrap iron junk dealers and put them all together in a corner so they don't diminish the customers experience with vendors of quality merchandise. Put all the garage sale daily vendor's together. Repair all the toilets that consonantly leaking all over the floors.Take pride in your swap meet and advertise on local tv stations. Bring back the greatness that was once Denio's Farmers Market. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Ricky
A great place to find anything you can think of. They have everything here. Also, the BBQ chicken is so good, served with beans, rice, and fresh handmade tortillas. Two of us ate until full for under $15. I recommend checking it out; it's worth the trip.
Today's 11/23 2025 Sunday morning. There is a $5 parking fee so be warned. Other than that you can fitl as many people as you can in the car and all of them come in for $5. The place is a lot bigger than I expected. Everyone there is a true reseller. You really won't find any bargains here. Everyone there was selling prices like on eBay or amazon. What's the point of going to a swap meet for those prices.
If you haven't been to Denios, you are missing out! Something for everyone! Get food, get fed, get your steps in! Bring a bag and don't touch the produce unless you are going to buy it! Homey roadside stand markets of all varieties of California grown produce. If you live to eat or eat to live, this is the place for you. Events, car shows, music, markets. Good place to have or go to your next yard sale. We had a fundraiser sale here and made big $$$$$. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
