They pressured me into deep cleanings almost every visit. The first time felt necessary after not visiting a dentist after ten years, but it shouldn’t be necessary every six months to a year. Every visit I paid before I left only to receive a small bill in the mail. Called to dispute it and it was their mistake. Unfortunately, I only caught it the last time and remember receiving previous bills and paying them. Watch your wallet.

Dr. Higgins and Angel are fantastic. I was originally scheduled for a new patient dental cleaning, but Dr. Higgins identified a couple of fillings that needed to be redone. She went through the images in detail and explained everything thoroughly. She did not try to upsell anything unnecessary, which I really appreciated. She’s extremely patient, knowledgeable, and personable. Angel truly lives up to her name - she made sure I was comfortable throughout the visit. Highly recommend this office.

I've been a Dental Care Seattle patient going on 4 years and only have the best experiences to share. Their music is fun, staff friendly & helpful, hygienists resourceful & knowledgeable (request Quinn!), and dentists kind & personable (Dr. Shana Reidy is the best!). The comfort of the newly remodeled lobby is amazing. I love the chairs and sometimes wish I had to wait longer...

Dental Care Seattle is truly one of the best practices out there. Dr. Nick Radandt is an exceptional dentist who combines deep technical expertise with genuine care, empathy, and an easygoing warmth that instantly puts you at ease. You can tell he loves what he does and takes real pride in helping patients feel comfortable, informed, and confident in their care. He never rushes an appointment and always takes the time to explain things clearly, with a calm confidence that builds trust from the start. What really stands out is the entire team. From the front desk to the hygienists, assistants, and billing staff, every single person is warm, professional, and truly cares about your experience. The receptionists make you feel welcome the moment you walk in and actually remember your name! The hygienists are incredibly thorough but gentle, and the dental assistants are attentive and reassuring. Even the billing team goes out of their way to make everything smooth and transparent, which is rare and so appreciated. I previously had the same dentist for over 25 years and was honestly nervous about switching, but now I wish I’d made the move ages ago. Every visit feels like you are in the best hands, both technically and personally - and I can honestly say that it is enjoyable (which I never thought I'd say about going to the dentist!) If you are looking for a dental team that blends professionalism with genuine care, Dental Care Seattle and Dr. Radandt are outstanding. —- A special shoutout to Becca, the best dental assistant I’ve ever met. She’s courteous, knowledgeable, and wonderfully attentive, but above all, she’s just an amazing human being. She has a way of making you feel completely at home and is such a valuable part of the team. One of the main reasons I decided to start Invisalign was because of her expertise, reassurance, and the confidence she inspired. She treats you like family and makes every visit comfortable and stress-free from the very beginning.

I have been going to Dental Care Seattle since approximately 2009, and have always had great experiences. Not only are the staff always friendly and engaging, but I've also continuously been given quality advice regarding dental needs and help with insurance. Most recently, I was seen by hygienist Frankie, who was amazing. He was gentle and did a great job cleaning, but he also took the time to chat and get to know me as a person rather than just a patient. I appreciated his inquiries about my health history and making sure he understood how some of my medical conditions may affect our session. Additionally, Hannah at the front desk was so friendly and helpful! There was another woman sitting to Hannah's left (I didn't get her name), who was also super nice and welcoming. Thanks for being great - I plan to continue with Dental Care Seattle for a very long time!
