Could not have had a better experience with dentistry on Monroe! Ryley and Lindsay were incredibly friendly and welcoming. My hygienist Lacey was a consummate professional, she had a lot of deep cleaning to do and did a fantastic job with minimum discomfort. Dr. Turner was friendly, knowledgeable and was adamant to make sure I didn’t leave with any questions about my oral care. Got totally smoked by insurance but the team at dentistry on Monroe were quick to set up a friendly and easy payment plan for me. Seriously could not recommend this place more!

I have been going to Dentistry on Monroe with Taylor Mathis and Dr. Turner for nearly 3 years and have had a great experience every time. All of the staff are very friendly. The clinic is very clean and well kept. Easy to make/adjust appointments. Would recommend!

The staff at Dentistry on Monroe is the best! Everyone makes you feel welcome and genuinely cared for and I always look forward to catching up with Dr. Turner, Taylor and Lexie, and really everyone in the office is incredibly kind and personable! And Ritz will make scheduling and insurance so smooth and easy! I recommend Dentistry on Monroe to everyone I know in CLT looking for the best care, and a warm, welcoming staff. Can’t say enough good things!

I hadn’t been to the dentist in over 5 years and this appointment went so smoothly I have no problem going back in 6 months. Lacey did my cleaning and she was so friendly, knowledgeable and thorough. I felt comfortable here. The front office staff is friendly, the doctors were on time and this was just all around a great experience!

Eric Turner’s dental practice came highly recommended, and my experience exceeded expectations. From the outset, I was welcomed by friendly staff into a spotless, professional environment. Dr. Turner immediately put me at ease, taking the time to thoroughly explain each step of my procedure. As I was undergoing dental implants, the process required multiple appointments, and at every stage I felt comfortable, well-informed, and confident in the care I was receiving. Lindsey, the dental assistant, worked seamlessly alongside Dr. Turner, creating a calm and pleasant atmosphere. The office is equipped with state-of-the-art technology, further reinforcing my confidence in the treatment provided. The hygienist was equally excellent—thorough, attentive, and made a noticeable improvement to the health and appearance of my teeth.
