I truly wish this company continued success. I’ve been a client since 2023 and have consistently had positive experiences with the staff—they’ve always been professional and great to work with. That said, communication has regularly been a challenge. Reaching someone to schedule an appointment has often felt more difficult than it should be. The new AI client portal unfortunately made the process more frustrating, as it repeatedly directed me to a non-functional link when attempting to book. I’m happy to see the business growing and expanding to a new location, but ease of communication is important to me. For that reason, I’ll likely be transitioning to a provider that offers a more straightforward scheduling process.

I worked with Lucinda for my 2024 taxes and I have never felt so at ease. She explained the process every step of the way and also assisted me after tax season with some additional questions I had. She has been nothing but personable, professional, and is just an absolute joy to work with. Everyone in the office was also just as professional and kind. I had a great time chatting with everyone while Lucinda did an incredible job crunching numbers. Highly recommend. I will be going back for the 2025 tax season and beyond. Make an appointment! You won't regret it.
