I tried to have do my business and Personal taxes. After a phone call got invited to the office. It was in the second week of March. Isaac told me that we need to file for extension. I left all my information with him and he promissed he will file it the same evening. Three days later nothing was filed with repeated texts replying to me that he got busy and will do it ASAP. The deadline for business was approaching so I filed the extention by myself. Isaac told me to wait so he will call me back. Never did, so I had to scramble to file my taxes through other services in the last moments. If he didn't want to do my taxes, should've told me rightaway and not ghosting me. The guy is very nice and polite though. The phone number on the card he has given me is disconnected as well btw.

The Accountant that filed my tax has a great customer service and good communication skills. He answered my questions well, addressed my concerns, and resolved issue in a timely manner. My tax was filed on time and I received my return on time. I’d recommend this company to anyone for your tax service.

These people they’re the best no cap for the first time I walk into their office to file my tax which I was very very glad with their service and also did my son American passport process which it didn’t take me up to 15 minutes they’re very good at what they’re doing kudos to you prof and your wonderful team.
