Very well-known group of artists. Friendly staff. Oct 6 2025. All artist are replacing their inventory with new on Oct 7 2025. DESERT ARTISANS’ GALLERY is an artist-run gallery located in Tucson, Arizona. The Gallery represents as many as 50 local artists and is dedicated to showcasing a broad range of southwestern art in a variety of media.

The gallery is a co-op run by local artists. Watercolor, oil, acrylic paintings, mixed media, photos , jewelry, ceramic pieces and more are displayed and on sale to purchase. I went to a reception for spring themed works. It was fun to hang out, see the work and meet the artists. A gem among the stones in Tucson.

Met Irene Klar at a show featuring artists there. She is a charming person and we enjoyed the whole experience. No tickets needed.

We attended an opening and enjoyed not only art, but stained glass, pottery, jewelry, and fiber arts. So many talented artists all in one location!

It's tucked away in a small shopping area off Tanque Verde Rd, but it's worth looking for. They have a great selection of wall art and other items, prices are reasonable and the staff is great. I wish I could bring it all home!
