I loved finding this new bookstore in the MSA Annex! It has a wide selection of new and used books, including a special focus on borderlands and local interest. Lots of great gift items like soaps, candles from Good & Well Supply company, children’s toys, and even vinyl records. I found a tear-off 2026 calendar designed by Karel Martens in Holland, with each day a bold graphic of the day’s number. Put this on your list of local Tucson businesses to support!

A gem of a bookstore. They have LPs and a mix of excellent-condition, curated books! It's a great selection of local & SW titles, art books, vintage and MUCH More (even children's books). Thankful I was there for a book reading from an amazing author. Can't wait to explore again during my next visit to Tucson. Thank you!

I wandered upon Desierto Books when checking out the MSA Annex. They are super clean and have a simple layout. Their vinyl selection and books are really well priced and have a wide selection. Books are primarily non-fiction, but there is a wide range for everyone with a small section for children’s books. The owners are extremely kind and cordial, offering to help but still allowing for browsing. They even offered to allow our dog inside the store!
