I had a very disappointing experience with Design Pickle. The overall quality of the work is extremely low, especially considering the price point. Most of the designs delivered felt rushed, generic, and often unusable for any real marketing or professional application. The workflow is also terrible. You frequently wait hours—or even days—just for someone to acknowledge or look at a job. On top of that, you’re expected to provide about 75% of the creative direction, assets, and layout yourself, only to receive a turnaround that still misses the mark and feels like low-effort “junk” media. What made the experience worse were the grimy sales and retention tactics. When trying to leave, there were clear attempts to pressure or corner you into staying, rather than addressing the core issues with quality and service. That alone was a big red flag. At the end of the day, this service feels like something worth maybe $100 a month at best—and even then, only if expectations are extremely low. I would not recommend Design Pickle to anyone looking for reliable, professional design work. There are far better alternatives out there for the same money, or less.

Absolutely appreciate the variety of talent acquired through the use of Design Pickle resources. The ROI of being able to tap into a source to create so many different variations and formats of creative is second to none. Without Design Pickle I might have hired a number of design specialists for exponential costs. As long as you have a vision and are clear in your instructions and willing to be detailed with your feedback, the quality of output is always excellent. Design Pickle will continue to be a trusted resource and extension of my Marketing team.

Disappointing Experience – Not Worth the Investment I was with Design Pickle for over four years, paying around $3,500 per year for what was advertised as a flat-rate design service. Unfortunately, the pricing kept increasing annually, and the value never matched the cost. One of the biggest issues for me was the creative process. I originally signed up because I struggle with generating design ideas—and that’s exactly where this service fell short. You’re expected to know exactly what you want before they’ll produce anything. If you’re stuck creatively, they don’t really guide you or offer much input. Over the years, despite paying thousands, I ended up with very few usable designs. I take responsibility for not using the service more, but that was largely because it just wasn’t helpful or easy to engage with. My advice: skip the subscription model. Find a local designer who will actually collaborate with you and help bring your vision to life. Design Pickle was a waste of time and money.

These guys are truly the best of the best when it comes to graphic design. They do amazing work, they're on time, prompt, and the dashboard is so simple to navigate, and works great to organize all of your requests! All the designers are super good, and super helpful, and this company offers an amazing volley of things they can do, from logos to drawings to entire websites! They are great, definitely if you are looking for a great graphic designer and you've come across Design Pickle, look no further, this is THE PLACE!
