Solid service from start to finish. I took my car in to get paint corrected and a 8yr ceramic coat. I could not be happier with the results. The team at Detail Doctors took great care of me and my needs from start to finish. While it is a bit of a drive for me to get to Detail Doctors, I will happily make the trip knowing I am getting the best service.

Customer Service: From the very beginning I felt like I was part of the Detail Doctor family. When I called to ask for an estimate, Donato took the time on the phone to explain to me all of their wrap products and asks me to bring in my car for an estimate the next morning. I own a BMW M3 Competition- that was brand new and only had bout 50 miles on it; my main objective was to wrap my car with PPF Expel to help preserve my car’s new paint, chips and scratches are a very big pet peeve of mine. When I brought my car in for an estimate, Donato and Luis told me that they would take care of my car as if it was their own, it’s quite evident their love for cars and their love and passion to making your car the best looking car on the road, with the peace of mind XPEL Wrap. The estimate was extremely through and the knowledge that Donato and Luis posses is incomparable. It was the day of the estimate that I decided to do a full, stealth, XPEL wrap on my M3, they let me store her (my car) for the whole installation time. During the installation, the incredible customer service exceeded my expectations again; Donato was very clear and communicative as to thew process and what they were doing with my car. When I picked her up (My BMW M3), she looked absolutely stunning, the level of professional/detailed/skilled work is unparalleled. Donato and Luis, were as happy, if not more happy and proud of my car. I brought up their passion and love for cars and especially your car, and that feeling is visceral when you are being taken care of with detail doctors. Another thing to I would be amiss to not mention is that when I picked up the car is how they follow the XPEL warranty (10 years) to a “T”, they immediately scheduled a warranty check up three weeks after picking her up; which they did an excellent job with and didn’t cost me a cent - under warranty. They even detailed my car (which they are also the best at doing) Detail Doctors, Donato, and Luis are experts of their craft; they made my car look like a veritable “Batmobile”, the amount of compliments I have received on her has made this purchase/process even more fulfilling. I can’t recommend Detail Doctors enough with their incredible, knowledgeable, and personable staff you can NOT go wrong. The Detail Doctors are simply the best, there is NO doubt about that.
