My wife and I have taken multiple cars here. They did a chrome delete on my new 26 silverado, installed a rear window vinyl, did my window tint and did my front bow tie in blue to match the truck. They did a fill PPF and window tint on my wifes 23 Type R. They have also done my tint on my 15 SS Camaro, they were very careful when removing the old tint that was on it when I bought it so that I didnt lose my rear defrost. They are very polite, flexible and will go over and above to help you with anything you want done. We will definitely be using them again!

I recently had my interior detailed at Detail Pro Shop, and I am extremely impressed with the results. The team was professional, friendly, and incredibly thorough. Everything inside my car looks fresh, clean, and so much more comfortable to ride in. They also went above and beyond by removing and vacuuming two crumb-filled car seats for me. Even though they couldn’t fully clean the seats due to the liability of using chemicals on them, I genuinely appreciate the extra effort — especially as a parent. That small act made a big difference for our family. Their customer service was fantastic as well. The shuttle service for anyone within 20 minutes of the shop made the entire process easy and stress-free. From Lydia helping me get set up on the phone, to Ashton’s friendly and comfortable conversation during the shuttle ride, and then Lydia checking in afterward to make sure I was satisfied or if I had any concerns — every part of the process was thoughtful and appreciated. I will absolutely be returning in the spring for a full interior and exterior detail, and I’m already looking forward to seeing my car look brand new again. Highly recommend Detail Pro Shop for their quality, care, and exceptional customer service!

Detail Pro Shop never disappoints. This was my second vehicle in four years that received a lifetime coating. With Detail, the service after the sale really separates them from the competition. They provide an annual checkup on your vehicle to ensure that your surfaces are still protected. Their staff always makes you feel welcome and will give you lift when you drop off your car!

I could not be more pleased with the work that Mike, Drew, Ashton, Nicko, and Lydia do at Detail Pro Shop! My 2025 Bronco was a bit of a problem child (I ended up at the shop a total of three times in the past couple weeks), but the team was patient with me, kind, professional, and kept working hard to make certain I was satisfied. And I am truly satisfied!! I looked around at Detail Pro Shop's competitors in the Plain City/Dublin area before making a decision for the cutting, polishing, and ceramic coating of the new Bronco, and I now know with absolute certainty that I chose the best shop offering the best experience. Go ahead and look around at the others, but I'm betting you'll end up choosing Mike and his team just like I did - they are second-to-none in detail, and they do fantastic, quality work for a very fair and honest price. I cannot recommend this business and the DPS team highly enough!! THANK YOU for being EXCELLENT at what you do!

I’ve been to several car detail shops over the years and Detail Pro will be my last stop! I can’t say enough good things about the staff and my whole experience starting with Lydia. She was amazing from the start. Very customer oriented and answered all of my questions thoroughly. Lydia was beyond helpful and always had a smile on her face. I had window tint installed by Justin and was simply amazed by his workmanship and attention to detail. He did an amazing job!! I will definitely be referring anyone looking to detail their vehicle to Detail Pro.
