We've been coming here regularly (usually every month) and we've noticed that they DON'T DRY the floor mats. They put them on dripping wet, and when we get home we have to take them off to dry them properly. Would it be too much to ask if they could return the cars to us with dry floor mats, please? 🙏

I signed up for a membership at this car wash, and I canceled it back in January. However, I have continued to be charged every month until now, which is completely unacceptable. I came back to the location in person to resolve the issue, but the staff told me that the person responsible for memberships was not there and asked me to call instead. The problem is, no one answers the phone. I’ve tried multiple times with no success. This shows a serious lack of accountability and customer service. Charging customers after cancellation and then making it impossible to fix the issue is extremely frustrating. If this is not resolved soon, I will have no choice but to escalate this further through my bank and file a dispute.

I got a full service car wash - “the field goal,” I think. As other reviewers have said, it did take a while, but I was completely satisfied. There are so few other car wash places in Columbus that offer an interior cleaning! Planning to bring my wife’s car here soon.
