I got my third lobe piercing here, and Roger was SUPER nice. He was patient and quick when doing the piercing. It barely hurt, and I usually feel a lot of pain. FOR SURE, Coming back!!

This place is extremely expensive. I didn't get any service. First off it smells horrendous like dirty bathroom. The dude at the front I couldn't communicate with him I don't speak Spanish I was on a visit to miami and found this shop. He was rude, snotty and very loud on the phone. I was harass to pay in cash by a piercer. If I would get the service. I was told $100 for a nipple piercing. No thank you! Save your trip to this shop. The customer service is very bad.

Roger was absolutely amazing! He was super professional, friendly, and made me feel so comfortable throughout the whole process. He took the time to explain everything before starting, answered all my questions, and made sure I felt at ease. The piercing itself was quick, clean, and way less painful than I expected thanks to their steady hands.

Made an appointment easily online for the next day. Owner did third ear piercings for me and my daughter. He took precautions for cleaning and numbing our ears. Marked them to make sure we agreed with placing. And we were out within minutes. Highly recommend. I can see this owner has pride in his shop.
