I patronized this establishment on March 14,2026. After asking did they use the old fahsion straight razor to edge my beard and shave my head the answer was "yes". I explained to the barber that I wanted my sideburns to be faded into my full beard and lightly trim. I paid this man $75.00 and a $20.00 tip. Only to see after months of growing my beard he butchered 95% of my beard was gone!! I got a razor shave with plastic, that was so dry my skin itched. This man destroyed the growth of my beard and side burns. Most of the job was done with clippers 😡. I'm so angry for wasting my money on a job I've been doing myself 😠 Lastly the lady did not tell him all the services I wanted !! DONE!!
