I had a really great experience with Hello Sugar. The pre-appointment communication was super helpful. I appreciated that they included a video of where to park and how to enter the building. Manualla was really great. She was cheerful and informative. She was quick, but made sure she did a detailed job and regularly checked in to make sure I was doing ok. It was a great experience I would highly recommend.

This was my first time trying Sugaring and I am obsessed!! Naya was amazing! Not only did she make me feel comfortable the moment I stepped foot in her salon because she was just so nice, she was also very gentle and professional! She made the whole process less intimidating and honestly the pain level was very low as well. She made sure I was comfortable the whole time. Definitely will be back!!!

100% go see Kelly. I played esthetician roulette and ended up with her and I feel like I got extra lucky. Nervous? Don’t be. Have questions? She’ll answer with grace and confidence. You can tell when people care about their customers, not just the income, and it’s rare. She’s a gem.
