My iPhone 14 Pro Max screen turned green and eventually stopped working, so I came here for a repair. The technician completed the repair quickly, in about 20 minutes. After paying $175, my phone initially appeared brand new, and I briefly tested it before leaving. I was asked to leave a positive review before I left, even though I had not yet had sufficient time to confirm the phone was functioning properly. The following day, the screen began glitching and freezing. I returned two days later, and the screen was repaired again. The next day, I traveled out of town. While at the airport, I received a phone call, and immediately afterward, the screen went completely black, leaving me without a working phone for several days. During that time, my phone accidentally dropped while in a protective case, and the replacement screen shattered. This was especially frustrating because I had dropped my original Apple screen multiple times with the same case, and it never broke. When I returned, I requested my original Apple screen back and called ahead to let them know I would be coming. I was told the screen had been discarded. I found this difficult to believe, as I was informed by an Apple employee that damaged original screens are often resold. All of this occurred within a one-week timeframe. Overall, I paid for a repair that did not last and resulted in ongoing issues. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this business. I will be relying on phone insurance moving forward instead.
I love it here I need a screen repair every few months and they are so convenient. Literally brings my phone back to life every time for a great price in my opinion and Ina short amount of time. Definitely recommend if you need your phone fixed
Wanted to support a local place, but my experience has been pretty mixed. They did a good job replacing batteries on a couple old tablets, although it took a while and they were not good at keeping me informed about progress. But most recently I brought them a Pixel 8 with a cracked screen. They replaced it, but it wasn't properly sealed, so when I dropped my previously waterproof phone in the sink for a second, it flooded and was ruined. They refused to give me my money back, did not apologize, told me that "everybody knew" replacement screens weren't waterproof, and then were jerky on the phone. They did offer to see if they could get the data back, but once again didn't contact me with any updates. I eventually went in to get the phone back, but again there was no data, no apology, and certainly no refund. Next time I'll see if I can find a place that will at least answer their email and keep me updated on repairs.
Jordan walked me through me the process of getting my iPhone 14 Pro Max repaired and made it so stress-free. My friend recommended Device fix because he had gotten stuff repaired there. I agree with most reviewers that they are very personable and wanting to help. They did an amazing job and pretty much brought my phone back to life. I am so happy and I will be making this my go to location when I need a repair. Also, I must say the location is really awesome while I waited for my Repair my son and I enjoyed playing the arcade video game.
Went in for a keyboard repair and they broke the clips on the trim surrounding my keyboard, causing the trim to bubble. Keys rubbing against the plastic now - owner said I was nitpicking… The space bar and all keys on right side of keyboard are grinding against the trim. They are lucky I didn’t dispute the charge with my CC company Edit: Owner is saying I cursed them out. I said I was disappointed in their repair and left. Did not raise my voice or say anything rude to them. Pretty lame to charge $140 to repair a $170 device, mess up the repair, and then try to gaslight your customer. You did a diagnosis before quoting me. You should have made it clear the only way to replace the keyboard was by breaking a different part of the laptop.
