Took my nephews (13 & 10) for a little afternoon fun, we all had a great time! Staff was helpful and let us figure out the game at our own speed. The scenes were so fun and realistic - easy to learn how to use our hands. The puzzles were challenging but we did it together! Laughed a lot. Would definitely go back!

We had an amazing experience at Diablo Escapes in Walnut Creek for my son’s birthday party. He and his friends had an absolute blast! The virtual escape rooms were fun, engaging, and perfect for a group of energetic kids. They were fully immersed from start to finish. The staff were incredibly accommodating. They offer snacks and drinks on-site, but I really appreciated that they also allow guests to bring their own food. They provided us with two tables to set everything up, which made hosting so much easier. They even let us store our tres leches cake in their fridge while the kids played—huge help! Another highlight was the selection of props available for the kids. They loved dressing up and taking pictures before and after the games, which added an extra layer of fun to the whole experience. Overall, Diablo Escapes was a fantastic place to host a birthday party—fun games, thoughtful staff, and a very family-friendly environment. We’ll definitely be back!

My boyfriend and I did Pirate’s Plague at Diablo Escapes and had a great time! The game design was creative, immersive, and full of clever puzzles that kept us engaged the whole way through. It was our first time using VR and the staff was friendly and very helpful with getting us all set up for the game. Definitely one of the most fun escape rooms we’ve done and would highly recommend to anyone!
The Finer Things Group
This place is wonderful! The VR graphics are quite detailed and very clear, the equipment is not too heavy, and there’s enough space for 6. We had two adults, three teenagers and a 10 year old and everyone had a blast with ‘Depths of Osiris’. The price isn’t cheap, especially since the whole experience is only an hour, but I’ll say that it was still worth it. Probably the most fun I’ve had as an adult in quite some time. I’d do it again in an instant and we will do it again next time we’re in town. Sally helped us and she was great.

From start to finish, it was fun, engaging, and perfectly challenging for both kids and adults. The game was incredibly well-designed, keeping everyone on their toes with clever puzzles, exciting twists, and just the right balance of teamwork and problem-solving. The host was fantastic—enthusiastic, helpful, and made sure the birthday boy felt extra special throughout the experience! What makes this even better? This is a locally owned business—and supporting small businesses like this is so important. You can tell they put so much passion and creativity into what they do. If you’re looking for a unique, high-energy, and hassle-free way to celebrate a birthday, this is it! 🎉 Highly recommend for families, friends, or even team-building events. We’ll definitely be back for another adventure!
